Most likely the header adapters are from Toth Performance- first gen hemi 392 flange to poly port.
Best guess on the intake manifold is Chebby LS- same port spacing, and have seen LS EFI manifolds adapted to Polys, just never seen a blower setup before.
Man, seeing stuff like that makes me want to do a Poly... but my pockets ain't that deep. :(
