Dart lower quarter panel interchange 67 vs 74

I tried searching the forums but could not find a definitive answer, I know obviously the tail lights and marker lights vary on a late 60s Dart Swinger but I'm wondering if I can cut a 67 through 69 quarter panel skin and use the lower section to replace that on my 74 swinger... has anyone done this or know if it is possible
