Anyone willing to post a picture of the route of the transmission cooling lines on your 64 dart /6 -904

how "back in the day factory correct" is the rest of the car? if you need new lines, bend your own just need to get from point A to B while being tucked up out of the way.... and DON'T run from end to end in rubber hose..... doable? Yeah. But probably more expensive and definitely that WOULD look like He11!

mine looked like yours before I rebuilt my engine. We’re too close to heat with headers so bent some new ones tucked under the lip for the oil pan

My 904 has no trans filter in the pan, it an inline filter by the starter. be sure that you have a filter in the system somewhere.

It probably still has the one in the pan, as well as otherwise it won't use the whole pan's capacity and could suck air under some conditions.

I know that in 63 there was no trans filter in the tranny, it was in the line.
