I have a 1963 Valiant with a /6. I'm looking for a rebuild kit for the fuel pump because I want to keep it original. Where can I get one?

If its a crimped style, they are not serviceable. If its a bolt up turret style you can remove the check valves and spring and maybe use an edelbrock diaphragm.

I WAS going to say just buy a new pump. The saturn group on eBay had new NOS ones for like 17 bucks a piece, but I just bought the last three. They are nice ones, too.

Yeah, that's a serviceable "turret" style, not crimped. Pop the screws and service the diaphragm, spring and check valves. The crimped ones are not serviceable unless you got the ability to recrimp the diaphragm. I tried to cut the crimp with a grinder and got it apart with no damage but I had to put it in a vice to get it back to where I could attempt to seal it back up. I tried to hit the seam very lightly with some tacks from a mig welder but it melted a hole in the diaphragm. It was more of an experiment to see if I could do it as I had another pump already.

Easy. Then and Now kit CK-123 for the Carter M2996S. It will put out 9lbs. If your carb is sensitive to that I have springs that will set it to 4.5lbs
