She was wearing that same "thing" in a few pictures in an issue of Mopar Action magazine about 10 years ago, maybe more.

Far chance in heck that suit would ever fit me unless it was made from some space age stretchy material. Hell I still have my bell bottom Disco pants in the attic I’m about ready to donate to the Salvation Army because I’m giving up hope of fitting in them ever again. Man I used to really “cut the rug”

but even with fiberglass, it doesnt have to look like a cheap flip

Actually that picture is older than that. I remember seeing her either at the Mopar Nationals or the Hayes Mopar Show at Atlanta Dragway over 20 years ago.
