Weight loss and perseverance

Last weigh-in day of the month and I finally hit my original goal!

My new weight is 214.8 lbs making for a total of (drum roll)...

100 lbs lost!

Woohoo!!

It has been 42 months since I began, averaging a just about a 2.5 lbs per month loss rate. That equals a total 350,000 calories cut from my intake vs. burn rate at just 275 calories per day on average.

Now, onto the remaining task of shedding the last 30 lbs to hit my ultimate goal and rebuilding my body! Next target is to be under 200 lbs by the 48 month mark...
