Go to MyMopar & get you a FSM, they're free. It will answer most, if not all of your questions.

Tight enough so it doesn't leak or come back off.

Tighten and loosen the banjo bolts half a dozen times and you will find the bolt rotates farther in as the parts seat & mate together better. it's somewhere around 15 to 20 ft lbs for the banjo bolt.

Those manuals are a must, because you know you will have the same question about something else eventually.

I downloaded the service manual. Very nice to have and the price is right
