Parts Prices, WTF?!

The market dictates what stuff is worth. It's not like a magical wizard sits and tells people what stuff is worth.

I recently went on a selling campaign because I realized I had several early A parts that I'm never going to use.

I had a pair of buckets that I marked for 4 hundred because that's what i paid for them in 2017. They didn't move so I marked them down to 250 because i wanted to move them. They sold and now going in someone's car. I sold some fenders that I could have probably got more money for than I did because the interest and speed they sold was the market signal they were worth more, but oh well, now I have room in the shed and I got enough cash out to buy some other parts for my project.

I'm finding that shipping big items is a royal pain in the *** but so rewarding when the overweight ratty box is dropped off at fed ex and on the way out of your life to turn and recieve another ratty box with someone else's useless **** to entertain for awhile.
