Buying stock in weed?

Governor of NM to sign legal recreational weed bill today. It's already medically legal and the stuff is everywhere. Schwag comes up illegally from Old Mexico, lots of local illegal and legal indoor growing, purchased medical MJ making it's around too. Wonder what the difference will be with Big Brother in the mix.
