Maybe he's so pissed he's at a loss for words and took a time out! I will say I have used year one for a couple of purchases lately and I'm not impressed $12 postage for a couple of stickers, a badge that broke on installation another 12.50 or so in postage. I used to be a fan and bought a lot of parts from them but I'll use them as a last resort now.
