year one, problems, anyone know this?

I will say I have used year one for a couple of purchases lately and I'm not impressed $12 postage for a couple of stickers, a badge that broke on installation another 12.50 or so in postage. I used to be a fan and bought a lot of parts from them but I'll use them as a last resort now.

Well, I think it is fair to say that the shipping department is definitely a profit center at Year One. When I was completely restoring my 69 Barracuda several years ago, I signed up for the advertising Emails from Classic Industries. Their shipping isn't cheap, but it was less than Year One. Plus, I got 20-25% off on everything Emails all the time.
