Sounds like a plan, seems logical too. I didn’t see how to get the bar in from the front or hie to struggle getting the boot on in the car. I’ll heat the boot in boiling water then quickly slide it on with a cut down funnel. Thank you!
I would NOT put it in boiling water just because the water factor, you need to keep it dry, pack it with grease and slide it on. Maybe if its cold out side you can heat it up with a heat gun or hair dryer.
