90% track. Go to the track, look at any classic architecture Mopar V8 (hell, ANY classic style V8) and it'll be a carb 95% of the time. Modern V8s are a different animal. Apples and oranges. EFI on modern cars is for driveability and emissions, no gain power-wise over a properly set up carb at the track.
