I cut out rust, do the patch panel thing,either buy or fab, grind down welds treat those welds with acid, neutralize, epoxy prime those areas, seal with a urethane primer. IF I can get it running/driving all the better to enjoy I clean eng compartment, jams, trunk ares, under side of hood and trunk lid, prime and paint those. Interior last/ But int. can be sealed off,or better, take it out. If windshield needs to come out, any times easier to do headliner if out. Depends on model. Suspension is always a PIA so I put that off as long as safe. Just time and money I usually have way more time!
