So I have a 1968 Dart that along the way ended up with a 1975 360 in it. I'm looking to put some headers on it n hoping to avoid all of the trouble. Lol. Hopefully someone who has fought this battle can give me the strategy. Thank You.

Agree, I agonized over headers as many that were supposed to fit well definitely
Have a high frig factor. After much research i found was that you pay for what you get. Not only are cheaper sets have high ffrig factor and and poor quality welding and not so good coating. Go ahead and get Dougs I haven’t heard anything bad about them and have been told they last longer and have superior raw materials and craftsmanship
Just my . O2 cents.

Thank u that's what I'm looking for, everyone's ,2cents to make this an easy n seamless install. Lol

Autozone (free shipping) often has a 20% sale, with Doug's being on that list, subject to avail.
Other sellers (Summit, Jegs) often price match .
There is a good install post on this site that may help your install.
Patience, the few mods nec, are very easy to do, instruction are avail on Doug's website .
Good choice, - Good Luck .

I love my TTI headers, yes they are expensive, but they fit and look great. Can't vouch for the small block version, but the big block version is that good!

I have dougs on my 68 dart...perfect fit

My friend & I put Doug's D453 headers on his 72 340 Duster 4 speed, manual steering car. We had to clearance one of the tubes on the passenger side header to clear the torsion bar. Other than that, the installation was a breeze.
