If you are using Moparmats diagram above, you don’t really need to bypass the amp meter, as it is no longer functional. You can just leave it hooked up.
I eliminated the leg of the wire from the cabin bulkhead fitting to welded splice and will feed the cabin from the starter relay back. Tomorrow we will tackle the rest of the mess.
