Yep - it's a bit of a pain to install. I've got one as well. In my car, I have to install the radiator after the fan/clutch. Total pain in the ***. The OP just flat doesn't have the space.
It's a shame there's so much offset built into those mounts on the radiator. Looks like they could get another .5" by just welding the side brackets further up on the core.
