I believe I referenced the fan multiple times. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a bad clutch. The weight of the fan and the drag is a lot for one belt to handle hence the slipping. Main reason I went to electric fan and serpentine setup. Hopefully you’ve got it figured out now.

I agree 100% but I have been running the same configuration for over 10 years. Parts wear and fail. Hoping it's going to be the fan clutch. I am currently building a 5.9 magnum and this set-up is going onto that engine. Would like to carry over the serpentine set-up but would need to replace alt, ac, ps, crank and add electric fuel pump. Nah.
