I havent run any numbers, but.... with that much of the piston gone, and being .080+ in the hole....i think mopar official is right, low 8s.
Still... measure and calculate. If you want to use the blower, you may want to juggle numbers with head gasket thickness. Big difference between .020 steel shim and .080 cometics. (You dont have any quench to lose either way)
