Well Dewalt continues to piss me off in my quest to get the "free" tool as a result of my electric grease gun purchase. I opened a case with their customer support, finally get a response, we need these 7 things, I send those 7 things in detail and then I get "I am just missing the rebate form you filled up". Really??? The Napa flyer has a printed link on it that takes you to someone's FAQ, no rebate form or site. Agrhhh!
