i have a 68 318 in a 64 A-Body using the 273 flywheel and bellhousing.
What starter and starter drive do i need to use?
 
With the exception of some manual trans. HD trucks and hemis, they're pretty much all interchangeable, be they the early gear reduction units (with the classic Chrysler "whine")

or the later ('88ish on up) direct drive Denso units, which are more compact.

Always amazed, that as interchangeable as Ma made starters, why'n ell she couldn't have done so with lots of OTHER things!!! LOLOL
