Anybody running 10s with a small block and factory iron heads

My car has ported J heads, they are not real big, 2.02 valve still have the 3/8 stem, engine is a 360 with flat top pistons, .510 lift cam, this year it has been consistent low 6.70s in 1/8 mile and 10.60s in the 1/4
