We're supposed to get rain tomorrow along with some sun.
Our grass is really starting to green up now so maybe another week and I'll be cutting it. Beautiful time of year when all the flowers and buds are coming out. I used to hate this time of year when I was younger. I had allergies right about now but thankfully I grew out of it. Back in the day they didn't have the meds for allergies.

Good to hear you no longer have allergies. My father had them bad and had to go for shots just so he could drive the combine at harvest.
 
Hey Fred... you were talking about your mugs having the coffee or tea stains on them. We use Cascade Platinum cubes and it does a real decent job of cleaning them and the dishwasher too. Tried all brands and found these to be the best.
That tannins can be really hard to get rid of. Sometimes my wife would put a small amount of bleach in each mug and let sit then thoroughly clean them which always worked.

Oh that would have been torture doing that with all the pollen floating around.
My son has them really bad but takes meds for them. Don't know if they use the shots here now and thank good ness I don't have to find out either.
 
Morning guys sunny but freezing here. I have relatives from Washington coming today so that should keep me out of trouble for a while. lol

same here
i hadnt fired the lawnmower up since last fall so i put her on the trickle charger last night

got a few gallons of fresh gas and she should be ready to rock here shortly

i also had someone come by last week to quote putting in sprinkling
(and i got a second company come in next week)

im sure i wont be happy with the quotes though

Wouldn't think a sprinkler system would be cheap, but if I had to water my yard I would look into putting one in.

im hoping both quotes will come back under 5K but im not sure...its a decent sized lot

we got 2.5 acres
take away the house, the pond and the trees on the sides...i bet you're still left with over an acre of lawn

Yea I can see why you want a sprinkler system.
 
Morning men, frost on the lawn this morning but supposed to get up to 17 c today mowed my last week thatched and re seeded hope the frost didn’t hurt the new seed .cheers
