Over 100 Thermoquads
Are these carbs ready to bolt on or do they require a rebuild?
They look fine BUT remember they have been setting for 40 years.
Another problem is that I have sent a couple dozen out the last two
weeks AND two of them out of 25 = It looks like the Postal Service
played Kickball with them and dropped them out of the truck. I send them
Priority and Insured ($20+ out of my pocket) But the Post Office is what it is!
I would suggest to anyone - After getting them = Pop the top off and set floats
to 1 Inch and replace Accelerator Pump if it looks dried out at all.
Even the brand new one that he has (I will advertise in a couple weeks) -
If it was me + I would still check floats for height before installing on
your car.
