I had the same problem with my duster . 440 with 2" tti header AR-Engineering motor plate . The headers hit the manual steering box and both torsion bars. Had to dint the header for clearance.

Is that manual steering box original to that 67 Barracuda? Pretty sure that steering box is different than the ones I have had. The top cover is shaped differently. I wonder if that box is actually wider or thicker in that area. Here is a thread with side by side pictures of two styles of manual steering gear box.
Manual steering box fitment question

Also, do those conversion mounts still require the use of the rubber engine mount insulators? I don't see them in your pictures.

Your box looks like the large sector type with the angled casting and cover. The small sector type looks like what the tti’s are made to fit with maybe. I’m not convinced they’d fit with the small sector box based on the distance you still have to move forward to get on the motor mount. It would be tight for sure.

Did you read the instructions that came with the headers front to back? They normally include everything they are made to work with. motor mount type, steering box....all that type thing. If it didn't have all that, try givin TTI a call and see what's up.
