Greyhound shipping shenanigans

Well they ARE right. People are their main transport concern......but still they should not accept money in agreement for something and then not do it.

You will see the same story over and over which is, as mentioned
*moving packages is secondary to the main business of moving people.
* grayhound does not have point to point tracking of packages, so they cannot pinpoint the location of packages in transit.
* it is up to the bus driver to load-unload-move the packages along with the luggage of the folks on the bus. Packages likely get a lower priority than the luggage of the folks they are face to face with.
* the Cv19 thing really reduced the number of folks traveling, that reduced scheduled service. That would add time to an unpredictable and already lengthy shipping service.
Basically, if you buy the cheapest shipping plan, you will get the worst shipping customer service.
