Those windows look like factory tint to me. Can clearly see the tag in the window so it's not that dark. Asshole was fired the next day so someone thought he was too aggressive. Too many like him out there on the streets.

He was fired because of the political climate we live in now. What happened to being innocent until proven guilty; only applies to the dirt bags of today. It does not exist for officers today. It's easier to fire them, and not deal with the public. I'll bet in a few months this officer has his job back and will get back pay. I'll bet he did nothing out of policy for that department. The article states the Army LT was being pulled over for the dark tint and not being able to see the temp tag.
