I didn’t either. Not for the longest time. Then after I got hurt at OCS and was laying there in the hospital bed, one of the other guys who was local to Fort McCellum had his wife and brand new baby visit him. After they left, him and I got talking about the future since we both were done with OCS and I realized that I needed to share my life with more than just my wife. Of course my wife was thrilled I’d come to that decision finally. She’s been ready for years. In hindsight, I wished we’d started 8 years earlier.
