Anyone DUI or doing over 100 should be shot on the spot.
But that's my opinion.
I've got more people trying to kill me with their cars than cops trying to stop me and kill me with their tasers.
But that's a fact.
Man, I'd be dead a few 100 times if you were judge. Lol, not everyone who drinks & drives kills people or is drunk....the bac levels are low enough to get a DUI from 1.5 beers
