the factory 68 small blocks with a/c have the tire/federal pump originally. There’s big 2 pc pulley on the vibration damper that I now see in the picture.
looks like the ac pump is removed now.
You can switch that to a Saginaw pump with proper brackets they repro new. The Saginaw’s are better pumps and easier and cheaper to find rebuilt. My 68 dart conv was originally a 273 A/C car and had that trw/federal pump. When it went bad I swapped it with the brackets to a Saginaw pump.
