Yes, mosleyme, I have traveled the Weiand road, possibly farther on the research side than anyone, and I bought a fine example, but I am going in a different direction, mainly due to what I see as a must to run TF 270s on such a large displacement motor.
I'm very happy to keep my N96 hood, and I'd be less than candid if I said that didn't play a role.
I still really want to see how your setup works out.
