If the engine was built by Uncle Tony you won't make it to the track.
Otherwise 19.42

If it fails to make it to the track, I'll sit at the table inside and eat, then get in bed and take a nap :D

This kinda stuff sure is fun, aint it?:poke::thumbsup:
There is a guy running locally with a 3/4 ton van decked out as an icecream truck (eight lug wheels). Comes back up the return road playing icecream truck music on a p.a. Got a 408 with slicks, on the bottle. High 7s in the eighth.
Edit: he told me it was over 6000 lbs.

well, the good news is we won't have to wait long to find out. Saturday is 2 day away!!! :D I hope the weather holds......

VAN OF WAR ....

So we got a Magnum 360 with the LA 360 hydraulic roller cam, air gap intake, and shorty headers. If it's got a 3.55 gear with a 31 inch tire and a tight converter, the torque is all kindsa right for this deal. It's going to depend some on how close the tune is to optimum (I get the feeling it's probably dead on), but it will depend more on traction. It's really a solid 16 second deal, and 15s wouldn't surprise me at all. But those hard and open tread all terrain or mud and snow tires on the rear are going to be the real limiting factor here. Going by the burnouts it can do after the cam swap, there is no doubt the power is there for sub 17 second runs.

need a better weight to guestamate correctly!! if its 5000 lbs id say a 15.80 at 85 mph! if its 6000 lbs a 16.80 at 80 mph
Yes, I agree. I just won't have a chance to get it weighed in the next couple of days. It's heavy, has a bed, table, 2 chairs plus the front seats. Power windows, locks, rear A/C and heat. Trailer receiver hitch, extra wiring so it can be plugged in at a campsite, power steering & brakes of course. I would be shocked if it didn't get on the plus side of 5k lbs.

It has a lot of weight on the back tires, and a sure grip. It really gets good traction, and the burnout you see as my intro is "once I get them spin'n, there aint' no quit'n

I would be floored. My 2wd '01 Durango weighed 4400, nobody in it. This swallows that up in length, height, width, and a lot more glass.
I may be wrong im hoping im not I really want to see that thing go 14s so I can say I told yall so! Haha

I'd much rather buy you a meal ticket!

With all that furniture & power acc. in it, I'd wager that your weight is close to 6200lbs.
very well could be. I have no idea, wish I could get a weight before racing. That would really help people with their guesses. But, it's just for kicks anyways.

I think these stickers are worth a tenth each? One on each side is 2 tenths :D
