Weight loss and perseverance

It’s halfway through the month and I have been quite active doing landscaping, hauling dirt, planting trees and mulching. My daily Step count is 50% higher now than it was last year at this time.

My weight has stayed the same as it was at the beginning of the month...but my body fat is down and my core weight is up. I can feel it in how my clothes fit and see it in the mirror.

My new core weight is 155 lbs (gain of 2lbs of muscle) and my body fat is down to 34 lbs left to lose (2 lb loss). My body fat is now at 29%.
