I cannot believe you do not have a match book under the latch on the wing window, to keep it from whistling, I think its a trademark of all D and W trucks.
Surprisingly the guy who owned it before me had some kind of magical powers because my vent windows make zero noise. He said he might have opened them a handful of times. I know all about the match books because I've had a few of these trucks.
