1976-1980 Plymouth Arrow Information
So the 1970 Satellite taillights was my idea, I think they look like they were made for the car but the taillights really show the narrowness of the car, in a Road Runner, you would have P L Y M O U T H between the tail lights, Yikes, barely got the license plate in. Cut 1 inch out of the bumpers and snugged them against the body, got rid of the 5MPH impact gas struts, I had built a square tube dashboard into the car, 1986 Dodge Daytona tilt steering wheel (only way I could get into the car at 6' 4". Full instrumentation, engine compartment stainless panels, narrowed Dana with 4-link, really just a lifetime of work here but the car ultimately was sold, the buyer finished it and did it up nice in all Rod Shop paint scheme, 426 Wedge motor, I have video fo that finished car, will search for that and hope to post. For now, enjoy the history, what a crazy vehicle. I did stretch the wheelbase 4 inches, you will see the stretched steel fender sin a couple shots, ultimately went stretched glass nose on the final design. Crazy days indeed........
