68-69 Retractable seat belt. Driver side. Black. Came out of a 1968 dart 2-door hardtop.

Asking $35 plus shipping

Is this working properly? Is it right for a only 2 points belts?
 
The retractor only retracts the belt back to about half way. The picture shows about how much you’ll get it retract.

2 point belts? Meaning no shoulder belt?... should be correct. It came out of a 68 dart and I’m pretty sure shoulder belts didn’t get used until 69, tho I may be wrong. Also, I’m pretty sure the retractors are all the same for 68-69 a bodies regardless of the shoulder belt.

That is correct. The retractor is the same 68-69 lap and shoulder belt
