Well, could be and is be are two different things. I'm not runnin down what he's got. Just stating a fact. This FRESH 331 Hemi I have, for instance, is not running. It's a fresh rebuild, but not a running engine. By all rights....even though it's not, for someone looking at it, it's a painted core, because it doesn't run as is, where is. Either it's a running engine, or not.
