Cable shifter issue, please help!

What he is proposing is an alternative. Instead of routing a loop near the headers on the drivers side, bring the cable out the passenger side, like a gm, then loop it under the engine because of the front entry on a mopar.
Kinda depends on how long the cable is, whether that will work.
I've heard it's better with a 4 ft cable than the standard 5 ft, at least on the B&M shifters.
