273 Commando ignition wire question

Diameter of the outer circles and inner circle. Either center to center of circle or length of the flat part in middle connecting them. The size of the cutout slot on the middle part. Also would need the dimensions of the slot in it so I could cut that part out of the model.

Here is a pic of the driver and passenger side covers. Oddly they have 2 different types of wire holders?! I am going to change the drivers side to the "w" type if wire holders. The MSD wires fit in those.

Yep, the pcv cover is a 67 and has the W style holder. The drivers side cover has the 65/66 individual style holders.
 
Just installed my RPM Intake and Factory covers Saturday. I have W clips on Drivers just need two more for Passenger side.

I just got back in town from a business trip. I will have some time this weekend to start drawing that and see what I can come up with and 3d print some and see how they fit on mine.

Ill work on the extrusion today and maybe I can get a first test 3d print this weekend.

Wasn't too far off. Need to make the groove in the circular ends deeper. The center portion fit perfectly.
 
Maybe you can make ones for stock and ones for 8.5 diameter wires. Put me on your list is your selling some.

I'll let you know. I modified it because I have 8mm wires. But can make a stock version easily also. They definitely didn't fit in the hole and it was the right size from the photos. My car isn't in my garage. So I'm going to go over and check today if it stops raining here.
 
I have no problem upgrading to larger 8mm wires. I wires now are a cheap set as I was pressed for time and money trying to complete so I could drive it from my home when I sold it instead of towing.:thumbsup:
 
Messed with it last night finally. I made the groove to thin on the first couple and this one I made it just a tiny bit too wide so it doesn't go on tight but that's a quick adjustment.
