Is there a low profile water pump for a 360?

Guys, this isn't a long hose problem, or the bottom hose being sucked closed problem. This is an air flow problem. He's said multiple times that he only over heats at a stop. Going down the road it cools back off. The bottom hose will not suck shut at idle. Ain't happenin. Although the long snaky hoses look stupid, they aren't causing his problem. He doesn't have enough air flow. I know what I would do. I would put a genuine Mopar style correct radiator in it and put a viscous fan and shroud on it, but it's not mine and I don't want to spend the guy's money....which is why I recommended staying with the radiator he has and him getting a better fan. But, he's bound and determined to fight it every step of the way, so to heck with it. My car runs great, so I'm out.
My race car had a 470 stroker in it. 655 hp and 620 tq. I used the factory 2 core 26 in rad with a declutching fan from a 70 dart 340 car and 180 Stewart Electronics thermostat. Never gets to 200 even on 39* Celsius. Kim
