With NHRA's financial issues, and their attitude toward non profesional racers, they will probably fine you $10,000 and hold the car till paid.
Actually, I agree with the above post. and add this. If the car looks like it was done properly, they will be more leniant then if the car is just thrown together. Of course there are the tracks that don't even look at the car.
