Wait until you have to use YOUR insurance company State Farm and they refuse to pay for any D.T.C. recalibration costs! And you're absolutely correct they definitely want to collect your premiums!
I have no idea what a DTC recalibration cost is. What I know is that I got the work done at an excellent shop of my choosing and State Farm covered all the costs and then recovered it all from the responsible party's insurance company. I am more than happy with the whole situation.
