The Southern Nationals start with professional qualifying on Saturday, May 1. Current forecast is calling for high temps of 76F on Saturday and 81F on Sunday with sunny conditions on Saturday and partly sunny on Sunday. The in-and-out sun could mean some tuning questions and quick changes for the crew chiefs during Sunday's final eliminations.
