I drove my 70 to a car show and they let me pull it on the show field. it was the last day, and my car was in gray primer with a green hood, but eh..I had a good time noone said anything...
a few years ago i took a church buddy to the Mopars at the Red Barns show
i was driving my duster and intended to park with the visitors and just watch the show
but as i came to the gate, the guy tells me general admission is to the left, but show cars go to the right, so i need to go to the right
so i explained to him i wasnt showing the duster, just driving it
but then he convinced me, entry fee was 5 dollars, but parking and admission would be 3 times as much...so i decided to show the duster
