Hello all
Looking for insight
Plan is to do a 5.9 magnum swap to carb using Edelbrok air gap 7577 intake manifold Holley 670 street avenger carb.
Any hood clearance issues? Looking to put into a 72 scamp and not looking to modify the stock look.
Thoughts?
 
I can tell you this: I have a 69 Barracuda. I put an Air Gap and and Eddy carb and and Eddy air cleaner with a 3" high filter in it. The clearance was a bit tight, so I called K&N, and was told about a 2.5" high filter that would fit the Air cleaner and outflow the 3" paper filter. That 1/2" of extra clearance worked great.
