A couple years ago, I was at the Nationals in Columbus, I and a few of my friends watched this "stressed out" looking duster come in.
One of my more vocal friends commented " What a heap!" I looked at him and said, "That heap runs better than yours, doesn't it?"
Bill has a 74 Challenger Convertible that he's been working on for at least 15 or more years. I asked Bill where his car was, at least the "heap" made it to Nats.
I didn't didn't know it at the time, but the "heap" belongs to

I say take it. Anyone has something to say either doesn't have a car, built a car or are just asshats.
