So what happened to the:

*Mexican
Branches of Chrysler?
Were they just not profitable and got shut down or were they simply victims of Chrysler’s bankruptcy of the late 70’s or did they just get ran out of town by the Japanese car import craze of the 70’s?

In 1973 Chrysler Corporation took the operation in Mexico (before called Automex) and from then until now it's called Chrysler de México, the brand was more or less successful behind Chevrolet and Ford even with the terrible economic crisis that we had here most of the 80's and part of the 90's, since 2011 with the global crisis now Chrysler in México have lost ground with almos every brand sold in México after been in third place of sales for many years.

6. FCA (now Stellantis)
7. Honda
And the rest
