FABO members...Quit being rude to newbie members!

I know that I have a history of being a smart *** and I have been rude to others.
I do not dispute that. I don't mean to be a hypocrite here, I really hate when others are so I try to avoid that.
I have a soft spot for those that are new to the hobby or just not as experienced as others. I hate seeing people pile on a guy on the internet. I've seen it happen and been on the receiving end....A few popular members start bashing a person and others join in.
