Found those clamps leak i used these from Pypes same as Audi use from the factory reused several times they have a good overlap

This clamp is a 2.5" to 2.5" OD OD clamp. Since the topic starter has a slip fit situation, this clamp is not a good solution. If he were to cut off the expanded portion pipe, it might work but it also might create too large of a gap.
