FABO members...Quit being rude to newbie members!

I started learning about cars from my old man when I was about 6 or 7 years old. He was mainly a Ford guy, but he also had a few GM and one or two Mopars, plus the odd import. I have learned about so many different makes, mostly from firsthand experience making a living in the automotive trade, but I know that there is a whole lot more that I don't know. I don't know much about theory and calculating compression ratios or camshaft science, but I can take something apart and put it back together without any problem. I am always willing to help anyone who asks if I can, but I have to agree with others who have stated that they are frustrated by vague questions and little to no feedback or additional information.
